Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using faceperfect.co (“the Service”), you enter into an agreement with VESTIGE SA, Rue de la Grotte 6, c/o DYN SA, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland (“VESTIGE”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

faceperfect.co is an AI-assisted styling studio. A single active subscription unlocks every in-product tool available at checkout time, currently including: seasonal color palette analysis with an optional editorial board; structured face-feature notes; an eyewear styling guide; and a hairstyle direction guide. Each tool may be offered as its own onboarding path and stores its own saved analysis under your account.

For any given tool you upload a single face photo (or reuse flows described in the product) and receive illustrative, styling-oriented output — not professional in-person services, medical analyses, or guarantees about real-world appearance.

Among other things, the Service may include:

• AI analysis of the photo you provide to produce structured color notes;
• Onboarding questions to personalize copy and results presentation;
• Account, subscription, and access management via our website;
• Optional infographic or image generation derived from your analysis.

Results are styling-oriented estimations for entertainment and curiosity. They are not professional in-person colorimetry, medical analyses, or definitive proof of how colors will look in every lighting context. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, or employment decisions.

3. User accounts

3.1 Account creation

To use paid features you need an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You must be at least 16 years old.

3.2 Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@faceperfect.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where we reasonably need to do so to protect users, third parties, or the integrity of the platform.

4. User content and conduct

4.1 Your content

You retain ownership of photos and other material you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce (including in temporary caches), adapt, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you (for example: running AI inference, generating your report and optional infographic, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention).

4.2 Prohibited content and use

You agree not to submit or use the Service in connection with content or behavior that:

• is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful;
• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• includes images of another living person without their meaningful consent;
• attempts to probe, scrape, overload, or circumvent technical limits or billing controls;
• distributes malware or interferes with the Service or our infrastructure.

4.3 Responsible use of AI output

Treat AI-generated text and images as unverified suggestions. Do not present them as professionally researched genealogy, certified identity evidence, or fact without independent confirmation. Respect the privacy and dignity of living individuals when sharing outputs.

5. Subscription and payment

5.1 Plans and pricing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Unless a different offer is clearly shown at checkout, today you are charged €2.95 for 5-day access to your full heritage report. After those 5 days, your subscription renews automatically every 4 weeks at €29.90 until you cancel. Amounts are charged in EUR (or as displayed at checkout). Prices include applicable taxes where we are required to collect them.

We may run time-limited or promotional pricing; the price, currency, and billing cadence confirmed on the payment step before you pay always prevail.

5.2 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method according to the plan you select.

5.3 Auto-renewal

Unless you cancel before renewal, your subscription renews for successive billing periods at the then-current rate. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and does not erase amounts already lawfully charged.

5.4 Statutory rights and refunds

Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not limited by these Terms. Practical refund rules, including any cooling-off or post-trial refund window, are described in our Refund Policy.

5.5 Immediate access

By paying, you request access to generate and view your report without undue delay. Where permitted by law, the initial access fee may be non-refundable once the report has been generated because compute and third-party AI costs are incurred at that point. Details are in the Refund Policy.

5.6 Cancellation after any withdrawal period

After any applicable statutory withdrawal period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not refund partial periods except where our Refund Policy or the law says otherwise.

6. AI processing

We use third-party AI models (for example Google Gemini) to analyze photos and generate text or images. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent. You remain responsible for how you interpret or share them.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Our rights

The Service, including software, branding, templates, and aggregate know-how, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 License to you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial curiosity, subject to these Terms.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Service you acknowledge that processing described there will occur. Our Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar technologies. EU/UK users may also read our GDPR information.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

9.1 Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription as described above. We may terminate or suspend access immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or others. Upon termination, rights granted to you cease; provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 4.1, 7, 9, 10, 12, and 13) will survive.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where required by law or where changes are material, we will also notify you by email to the address on your account with at least fourteen (14) days’ notice before the changes take effect.

13. Governing law

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you in your country of residence. Where the law permits you to agree on a governing law and you are not a consumer, or where such a choice is valid alongside your consumer rights, these Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another jurisdiction.
